ABE GOOLSBY has been active as a designer and illustrator since the mid 90s (1990s, that is). After graduating from Middle Tennessee State University, he spent a decade or so with the award-winning firm of Anderson Thomas Design (afterwards Anderson Design Group).
In addition to his ongoing professional devotion to – and fascination with – the crafts of graphic design and illustration, Abe has a myriad of other passions and interests, including history, literature, music, astronomy, and classical languages. In recent years, he has by turns pursued opportunities in the realm of education (teaching Latin for various schools and homeschool groups, and teaching a typography class as an adjunct at Belmont University), while continuing to practice design and illustration on a freelance basis, bringing his eclectic mix of artistic sensibilities to the service of clients everywhere.
